Sales Director – Dubai
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven Sales Director to take full commercial ownership of our Dubai operations. This is a senior role with real influence, where you will drive growth, win new business, and shape our market position in the UAE.
You bring strong knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central market and have the capability to sell both Business Central and LS Retail solutions end to end.
The Opportunity
Twoday has successfully built and grown its Dubai office since 2019 and employs 25 professionals locally. We are now entering a new growth phase and are looking for a commercially driven leader who wants to scale the business, expand market presence, and consistently bring new business to the team.
You will lead the local sales agenda, negotiate and close deals with full authority, and be an active member of the local management team in Dubai. You will contribute to the day‑to‑day leadership and development of the department, while also collaborating with the Group Sales and Marketing Teams across locations. The role offers significant autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact.
Your Key Responsibilities
Drive endtoend sales of Business Central and LS Retail solutions in Dubai
Build and maintain strong relationships within the BC and LS Retail ecosystem
Develop and manage a healthy, highquality sales pipeline
Convert pipeline into accurate forecasts and won deals
Execute the local sales strategy and deliver against growth targets
About You
You are ambitious, commercially sharp, and motivated by growth. You take ownership, thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, and are comfortable leading from the front. You build trust quickly with decisionmakers and communicate confidently in fluent business English.
You understand the Middle East market and know how to position a premium consultancy offering at the top end of the market.
Your Background
Around 10 years of experience within Dynamics 365 Business Central sales
Proven track record from roles such as Sales Director, Sales Manager, or Key Account Manager
Experience with LS Retail solutions
Strong skills in complex deal management, proposals, and negotiations
Structured and disciplined in pipeline and opportunity management
Good understanding of ERP implementations from analysis to golive
